1、 Product Introduction

The core active material of Catans anti-water pressure self-healing waterproof coating is the anti-water pressure self-healing material jointly developed by our scientific research personnel and the Institute of Material Chemistry of the Max Planck Society of Germany. It is an advanced functional waterproof material carefully developed with the aid of German Wacker, BASF and other additives through scientific proportion. It solves the common problem that the existing waterproof coating needs to be applied upstream and has poor aging resistance and weather resistance. It is especially suitable for the waterproof works of the basement's back surface which is difficult for traditional coatings.

2、 Product performance

1. Water-based environmental protection, free of toxic and harmful substances, and no release of toxic substances.

2. High temperature resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, no shrinkage and crack resistance.

3. Self-repair can be carried out against the water surface, with strong secondary impermeability.

3、 Scope of application

1. It is applicable to the waterproof of the roof, indoor bathroom floor and basement of various new and old buildings.

2. The plane and facade waterproofing of civil air defense works, floors, water towers, reservoirs, etc.

3. Leakage maintenance works of old buildings.

4、 Construction method

1. The base surface shall be cleaned and the bulged areas shall be removed to ensure that the base surface is clean; The hollowing and uneven places shall be repaired with the plugging king;

2. The repaired base surface shall be treated with interface, and the base surface shall be painted with Catans matching sealing penetration water-resistant agent to ensure that the base surface is firm and free of dust;

3. After the sealing penetration water-resistant agent is dried, at least two layers of the prepared Catans coating shall be applied by cross method, and the prepared coating shall be used up within 1 hour.

4. Spray curing is required after 6h of summer construction. During winter construction, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃, and thermal insulation maintenance should be carried out.

5、 The shelf life shall be kept under sealed and dry conditions. The shelf life is 1 year.
