1、 Product introduction:

2、 Product features:

◆ This product has the function of rapid plugging with water. The initial setting time is only 4 minutes and the final setting time is 15 minutes.

4、 Usage

◆ Material mixing: determine the approximate amount and sectional construction scheme according to the repair scope. Do not mix too many materials at one time to avoid hardening waste. The water consumption shall be adjusted according to the water seepage and water pressure. If there is water pressure for plugging, it is recommended to use the weight ratio of powder: water=1:0.3. If there is no water for repairing or fixing, the water consumption can be appropriately increased to make it sticky for operation. Mixing should be completed in about 20 seconds. Hot water seasoning is recommended in winter to accelerate solidification.

◆ Plugging: When plugging with water pressure, the dry material mixed should be quickly pressed into the cleaned tank, and then squeezed and smoothed around. Start from the end with small water volume (generally at the top), and move forward one by one. When the last point is left, the material should be mixed more dry and pressed into the leakage point when the palm of the hand feels hot. The leakage can be stopped after being knocked by tools, and about three minutes later.

◆ Maintenance: In dry environment, spray water for more than three times after half an hour of construction.

5、 Transportation and storage

◆ The product shall be transported according to the general mode of transportation, and rain and package damage shall be prevented during transportation. Strictly prevent moisture during storage.

◆ Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the product storage period is one year.
